Based on numerous requests we have extended the Author Registration deadline by May 7, but the Camera-ready submission is still May 2, 2017 and the Extra Transylvania Trip deadline by Friday May 5 (only a few places still available). Please see more information below.

// **Registration Guidelines**

Please note that all authors of accepted papers should register online to the conference by **DEADLINE Extended Sunday May 7, 2017**.

In order to do that, please visit: for doing ICALT 2017 Author’s Registration with either IEEE Member Registration or IEEE Non-Member Registration. We should mention that student fees are applied ONLY to PhD Students participating exclusively to **Doctoral Consortium**.
The fees, deadlines and cancellation information can be found here:

When registering please complete all fields carefully as any further change might require a new registration (paper ID, name and organisation, etc).

**Payment by credit card: The credit card payment is secure and you will need to use a credit card with ‘Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode’ as a 3D SecureCode. If you have not used a 3D SecureCode credit card until now, please contact your credit card company or register online (information can be found on your card company website). We are sorry for the inconvenience but the European Union regulations and the bank regulations make it compulsory for secure online payment, which is also for your own safety. If not, the payment will not be accepted and you will need to pay via bank transfer.

**Payment by bank transfer: Please consider to pay all bank charges as they are at the expense of the debitor / you. If not, a second payment with the difference up to the full amount will be required.

Please note that, according to the IEEE Conferences No Show Policy, we should notify you that “IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference”. Therefore, please take into serious consideration this notification when planning your participation to the ICALT 2017 Conference.
